This Delivery Policy explains how NonDetected delivers digital services purchased via NonDetected.com.
1) Service delivery format
Our Services are delivered digitally and may include:
- onboarding via website form/email
- access to a client dashboard (where applicable)
- communications and status updates via email/phone
- preparation and submission of requests to Third Parties
- implementation of de-indexing/suppression measures within the agreed search engines/parameters
2) When service begins
Services begin after:
- payment is received (or full payment where required), and
- you provide the required information and documentation needed to start work.
3) Estimated timeframes
Service timelines depend on scope and Third Parties. Third-party processing may take weeks or longer, and in some cases opt-out/removal handling may take up to two (2) months or more from the time complete information is received.
Where a Service Agreement specifies a service term (example: 3 months), that term governs our performance obligations; Third Party response timing remains outside our control.
4) Client responsibilities
Delays occur when required items are missing, including:
- incomplete URLs/targets
- missing authorizations or proof documents
- delayed approvals or responses
